Remote location of this family-friendly hotel was a bonus. The staff was extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating, the service was excellent, they shared some useful information. The breakfast with cheese and fresh fruit, as for instance was absolutely fantastic, had so much to choose from: D

The classic queen room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and a work desk; the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the location is lovely whether traveling by taxi or car.

Travelled with my wife, spent 1 night here and had a GREAT stay. All the services were excellent, the room was spacious and huge with walk-in shower, a sofa bed. The hotel had indeed a beautiful and amazing location on the surrounding hills.
Even though we truly enjoyed the stay, a few staff members were very busy.

We had such a wonderful time at Tenuta Pilastru. Our stay was for 5 days and we were amazed by the stunning natural surroundings, with beautiful Gallura rocks and a serene atmosphere. The suite upgrade was a lovely surprise, with new Sardinian furnishings and a charming terrace overlooking a well-maintained lawn. The pool area, with its gallura stones, was a favorite spot, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby Costa Smeralda. The restaurant, with its gorgeous view, served a delicious breakfast and offered a simple but varied dinner menu using locally sourced ingredients.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and made sure that all of my needs were met. One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious and comfortable room. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a plush bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel also had a beautiful garden with a pool, where I spent some relaxing afternoons. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a changing menu every night. The food was abundant and flavorful, making every dining experience memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

An absolutely amazing stay! Super friendly staff, private and spacious suites, delicious and abundant food, beautiful pool and well-kept garden. The spa was the real gem of the resort, with fantastic facilities and relaxing treatments. Must-see historical sites nearby and beautiful beaches a short drive away. Highly recommended!
Nothing that I didn't like.

What a hidden gem! We stumbled upon this hotel during our city trip and were pleasantly surprised. First of all, the facilities were great, with a beautiful garden and a relaxing swimming pool. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lastly, the location was ideal, just a short drive away from the city center and close to public transport.
We were not impressed with the dinner. The service was rushed and the food was not of the expected quality.

The room had a private patio, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The air conditioning kept the room cool, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. The TV had satellite channels, so I could unwind and catch up on my favorite shows. The private bathroom was clean and had a rainfall showerhead, a little touch of luxury. I loved the balcony in the double room, it was a great spot to relax and soak up the surroundings.
Personally, I found the electric kettle a bit unnecessary for my stay.

The hotel's decoration is absolutely charming. The traditional Sardinian style really adds to the overall ambience of the place. The general areas are well maintained and there are plenty of cozy corners to sit and relax. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the property.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there. Sometimes, it felt like they were more focused on their own tasks rather than tending to the needs of us senior guests.

The room at Tenuta Pilastru was cozy and felt like a home away from home. With a private equipped patio, I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The satellite TV allowed me to unwind with my favorite shows after a day of exploring. The private bathroom with a hairdryer made getting ready hassle-free.
Personally, I found the rainfall showerhead in the private bathroom a bit overwhelming, but some may enjoy it.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
